WORK SMARTER & WORK HARDER

WORK SMARTER

WORK HARDER

BY COACH SAGASTA

Once upon a time in a Bullhead City, there was a young aspiring entrepreneur named Julia.  She started her own businesses from scratch, pouring her heart, mind, and soul into making it successful.  Julia faced challenges, struggles, and setbacks along the way, but she never gave up.  With each obstacle, she learned valuable lessons of resilience which would assist on her journey and grew stronger because of those moments.

One day, Julia’s hard work paid off, and her business began to flourish.  She realized that the journey was just as important as the destination.  Of course, she also learned to bring aboard the right people.  Through perseverance and determination, she not only achieved her desire, dreams, and goals but also became a wiser and more resilient leader and mother.

The story of Julia teaches us that success is not just about reaching the top, but also about the lessons we should learn and the person we transform into along the way.  It's a reminder that hard work, determination, perseverance, and a willingness to learn from experience are crucial attributes to achieving our successes.  When we work hard it is putting in the effort, energy, and time necessary.

A beautiful soul in my community gave me a book this year by Mike Rowe; it was titled “Profoundly Disconnected.  I gave her a hug to share my appreciation.  I scurried on home that evening only to small the fresh scent of a new book.  President Abraham Lincoln once said: “My Best Friend is a person who will give me a book I have not read.”  It was a thoughtful and inspiring book.  In fact, it was rather unique, but I’ll let you be the judge of that statement.

Nonetheless, it was a true testament of hard work — reading a book on hard work can be an enlightening, empowering, and motivating experience.  For it allows us to delve into the stories, expressions, education, and experiences of individuals who have achieved great successes through their dedication, commitment, and perseverance.  These books provide valuable insights and practical tips on how to cultivate a strong work ethic, to be flexible, to overcome challenges, and to achieve our goals.  By immersing ourselves in the wisdom and lessons shared within the pages black and white.  We can gain a deeper understanding of the importance of hard work and the rewards it can bring when we go to work!  So, pick up a book on hard work and let it inspire, motivate, and ignite you to push your limits and strive toward your potential of greatness.

With gratitude,
