BEYOND GROWTH

THE GROWTH

We want to succeed in being successful, but what does that mean? It should always mean that you may have to step out line and face a uncertainty of challenges.

Challenge is the basics of growth mindset in life. Of course, without it, people wouldn't get the full opportunity to take risk, learn from failure or ever learn how to pick themselves up again in life. I personally believe, we as people need purposeful challenges with meaningful practices and thoughts that work. This opens the door toward our abilities and talents. In fact, it strengths the heart, mind, soul.

Growth mindset should be practiced over and over again, like that of overcoming fear. Many of folks never achieve their goals or desire because they have submerged themselves in self-doubt or because the challenge was much more then they could bare. They stay in the rut of safety and security. Which we tend to call this the "Comfort Zone."

Let us review the challenge and the growth. In this scene you'll see the Coach and the Average man.

One day the coach examined his evaluation checklist. "Please share with me, Average man, what is truly your purpose and talents on earth?"

Average man says, "well, I...um...well, I...um...!" mumbled the average man, look, "I want to be respected, hard working, and to be very successful."

Coach says "WHAT?," "what challenge have you had to face? what are your talents?" "you see because having gone through some challenges in life gives power in experience and mental growth."

Average man says "challenges...um...I...um..." and what do you mean talents?" "do you mean like being nice to others or being on time to work?"

Coach says "no! no! NO! NO!" I am taking about the challenges The Creator brought you through and the talents he gave you," "you see each person has some genuine talents that he/she displays."

Coach says "seat back Average man, as I share a story of three men that The Creator gave some challenges and some talents too in life,"

Average man says "okay"

Coach says "well, one day The Create gave those three men some talents," "one man He gave five talents, the other man two talents and the last man one talent."

Coach goes on "some years and months He came back to check on them," He found that the one man with five talents went out and multiplied as the man promised. The man with five faced some challenges but was persistent and eager to please He who gave him the talents." "this was the same for the man with two talents

Coach concludes "the man with one talent went out and hind his talent," "The Creator was very angry." "Do you understand the point of this story Average man?"

Average man says "I most contently do Coach!" "We must face our challenges and never hind our talents."

Coach "we 'ALL' will fail or fall at somethings in life, but that's part of life! How long we stay there is truly upon the choices you make for yourself. We have magnificent talents and some are shown when we faced those challenges. This gives growth mindset, we must face challenges with courage and we must never hind our talents but share them with others."
