10x Calmness

      10x CALMNESS

"Calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that's very important for good health." - Dalai Lama

I believe God gives us everything we need and desire in life. I believe throughout life we create our own hiccups or difficulties of some kind. Nonetheless, I personally accept them as tools or life lessons. I say life is too short not to see them as a lesson with a blessing. I’ve shared that statement with many clients, friends, and family around the world. And it is true! We need to see the blessing in the lesson. Ever, since my time in the ministry, it has been widely seen as a state of calmness. A calmness of knowing that blessings came from God, no matter what happens in life, there is a reason for everything in life.

Life is truly a blessing from God. Simply, we ought to thank God for waking up each morning. Marcus Aurelius once said; “When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive, to breath, to think, to enjoy, and to love.” because we get another chance to live even for a short period time. In the days when my brother, mother, and step-father passed away. I was angry, stressed and filled with depression. In fact, I’d came to the point in my life when I started to lose my faith and sense of calmness through him. I was down and helpless because God couldn’t do anything to bring them back. My life and heart were left with a scar never to be erased. I replaced calmness, love, prayer and the privilege of being alive with drugs & alcohol. Simply the struggle or difficulties that came in life because of death. I regret blaming Him for taking my family and thank Him for taking me through the struggle.

The fact is people can’t find or don’t feel a sense “of peace,” “of calm,” “of serenity,” or “of blessing” in their lives. I was the same way, but I have learned a few tools, condition or things that have helped me create a strong feeling of calmness, peace, balance, or tranquil of heart. I have created a series of habits that have developed over the last few years. These habits have become my motivation toward calmness.

So what is the secret? Action awareness of habits development. It will help you develop calmness (based on my 7 years of experience with 10x):

1) Morning ritual with calmness. Often people rush through their mornings which is starting for a fast and stressful day.

2) Rise and Shine with calmness. Wake up earlier, if you wake up (5 a.m. M-F) it is now (4:30 a.m. M-F) this will bring change. You have to embrace that change as a blessing.

3) Meditation in the tranquility of heart and mind. Reading, praying, listening to soft music, or motivational speeches. Remember your subconscious mind is traveling at (10.5) wave cycles.

4) Exercise is a huge component. Start each morning off with (15-30) of a routine workout. Get the morning going with the heart and blood being right makes for a great day. Make the most of it 365 KAIZEN!

When you create habits of calmness you’ll learn how to be absolutely grateful. Despite the outside events that are created by others around you. And if unhappiness, anxiety, depression, stress or anger happen to rear their ugly head. Unlock the door toward gratitude in yourself. Talk of happy moments that you’ve created and applied to your life and do it with a smile. This will take your mind off negative vibes or thoughts. NOW GO…AIM HIGH AND DON’T QUIT, THE GAME IS NOT OVER!!!

Best,
